Back up data to a file, restore it, or sync an encrypted copy through storage you control.
Note: All data is stored locally in your browser. Encrypted packages can be moved using your own storage.
Export or import data
One workflow for backup and transfer. Choose standard ZIP or encrypted package.
1. Export
Creates an end-to-end encrypted package. You will need the same passphrase to import.
2. Import
Merge keeps local changes and applies newer changes from the package. Replace restores this device exactly from the package.
Automatic sync with your own storage
Store an encrypted copy in WebDAV, S3, or R2. This is optional and requires your own account.
Sync is always a safe two-way merge. Newer edits and deletions are shared between devices; saved reports, groups, and seating plans stay stored.
Test the connection before you turn on auto sync.
